This Brazilian Espumante Branco Nature, crafted in the traditional method, is a fine example of the sur lie style, with the lees remaining in contact with the wine since March 2022. Made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir grown in the Vale dos Vinhedos, it displays a complex and layered character. The nose is an inviting mix of ripe orchard and stone fruits, with notes of pear, peach, and cashew complemented by hints of citrus and delicate autolytic aromas of yeast and dried fruit. On the palate, its bright acidity and creamy yet firm texture bring both balance and finesse. The finish is long and moreish, leaving lingering impressions of citrus zest, savoury umami, and a subtle nuttiness.
