Description

This dry rosé, crafted from 100% Tavkveri grapes, hails from the Shida Kartli region of Georgia. The vineyard lies at an altitude of 400-600 meters above sea level, with clay and limestone soils that contribute to the wine's elegant character. The region's continental climate, with warm summers and mild winters, provides ideal growing conditions. Grapes are hand-harvested in mid-September, with only the best fruit selected.

Vinification focuses on preserving freshness and vibrant fruit flavors. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with a brief maceration period to achieve its pale pink, salmon-hued color. The wine is aged for four months in stainless steel to maintain its crisp and lively profile.

This rosé offers aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and red currants, with floral hints of rose petals and a touch of citrus zest. The palate is light to medium-bodied, featuring flavors of red berries, watermelon, and a subtle citrus note. Balanced acidity provides a refreshing vibrancy, leading to a clean, dry finish with lingering notes of red fruit and a delicate minerality.
