The Takar White, crafted in Armenia’s Ararat Valley, combines regional winemaking tradition with modern techniques to create an elegant and expressive white wine. The grapes are hand-harvested in small boxes, transported to the estate in refrigerated trucks, and carefully hand-sorted at reception. Gentle membrane pressing under inert gas preserves the fruit's purity, and one-third of the wine is fermented in French and Armenian oak barrels, adding depth and complexity.

The wine displays a light straw-yellow color with a bouquet of wildflowers, fresh citrus, and a touch of almond, complemented by subtle notes of toast and vanilla. On the palate, it is soft and juicy, with lively acidity and a smooth, lightly creamy texture that leads to an elegant, refreshing finish. By emphasising gentle pressing and cool fermentation, Takar Winery achieves a balance of crisp freshness and sophistication in this beautifully crafted white.
