The Grüner Veltliner Eiswein is a decadent and rare treat, crafted from hand-harvested grapes that are frozen on the vine to concentrate sugars and flavors. Sagvine Saperavi: 
This red dry wine, crafted entirely from Saperavi grapes, hails from the renowned Kakheti region in Georgia. Situated at an altitude of 300-500 meters above sea level, the vineyard benefits from alluvial soils rich in clay and limestone, and a continental climate with hot summers and cool winters. Hand-harvested in mid-October, only the finest grapes are selected for this traditional expression of Georgian winemaking.
